A group of singers from VML turned out on a cold December night to provide entertainment at a fundraiser for the Olivia Alice Foundation organised by Aidan Jackson.
Supporters turned out and donated for hot food and drinks, mince pies and entertainment, including VML, Spider-Man and Elsa from Frozen. People were also invited to add a wish to a special Christmas tree. Aidan has raised over £100o this Christmas season including the festive singalong, to add to his personal £15,000 fundraising total for the foundation.

Singers from VML took part in a Christmas pagant which was moving in more ways than one! Beginning at the stables at Whatmore’s Yard, Weston, the traditional nativity play was staged as a procession through the village, even being turned away at the Inn (AKA the Royal Oak pub) before finishing up in St John’s church with a beautiful manger.
The event was organised by Churches Together and featured singing, acting, prayers and carols.
VML singers supported the Christmas Tree Lighting event at Halton Haven yesterday. Despite the cold and drizzle over 25 singers from the young Vocalise group to the adult VML Music group attended the ceremony to sing carols and Christmas songs as the tree was lit.
Over 100 people gathered to see the tree lit and hear speeches, prayers, and music, and were treated to hot mulled wine, cocoa, and hot dogs.
